Can you Copy and Paste Repeated Tagging Structure? - Adobe Acrobat Pro Question

Hi,

I am trying to manually tag a table which didn't get tagged when I converted the document from docx to pdf format using Adobe Acrobat Pro (a little weird since all the other tables are fine but that is unrelated for now). There are quite a few rows in this table, and obviously each row has the same structure since it is a simple table. Is there a way to copy and paste the tagging structure so I don't have do each row individually and can just add the tag references afterwards?
