Question

Can you disable following of links when commenting?

I am trying to annotate a PDF that has tons of in-document links on the page.  I'm finding it difficult/impossible to make my annotations without inadvertently clicking the links with my cursor.  Is there a way to temporarily disable links or the following of links while commenting?

If they are actual Link objects the answer is no, I'm afraid. You can

remove them using a script, though, and after you've added all of your

comments export them to an FDF file and import that file back into the

original version of the file with the links. Then you would have both the

links and the comments.
