Cancellation of a subscription

I cancelled my subscription a while ago, but was subsequently charged monthly fees (see attached photo). How do I get my money back? Anyone who works at Adobe please respond, that would be greatly appreciated. 🙂

Upon reviewing your account, we can confirm that you previously had an AI Assistant for Acrobat subscription, which was canceled on April 17. As part of that cancellation, an early termination fee (ETF) was applied, as the cancellation occurred outside the initial 14-day window.

Your account currently has an active Acrobat Pro subscription associated with the same Adobe ID used to post this query. The recent charges you mentioned are related to this active plan.
