Cannot Find or Create the font 'JJISDE+ArialUnicodeMS'. Some Characters may not display or print correctly

We are observing a strange behaviour in Adobe Acrobat Reader affecting multiple users.

users when open PDF files, they get "Cannot Find or Create the font 'JJISDE+ArialUnicodeMS'. Some Characters may not display or print correctly."

These files work fine on browsers or other pdf applications, but we need a fix for Adobe reader as this is a mass deployed application.
