cannot find or create the font 'Wingdings 3'. some characters may not display or print correctly

when opening file for 1st time after being printed to .pdf i always get this annoying message

"cannot find or create the font 'Wingdings 3'. some characters may not display or print correctly"

no idea how to stop it.

windows 10. is occuring from tax software called ultra tax. documents view and print correctly. how to embed or delete this wingdings? cannot post an actual file for obvious reasons.
