I'm not sure if I have the right forum for this but I just upgraded to Windows 10 Pro (64-bit) and now I can't print to pdf in Microsoft Edge. Has anyone else encountered this issue? Any assistance greatly appreciated.

Best regards,

Sean

What version of Adobe Acrobat do you use?

I, being an old fart, have used Microsoft for decades.  Before Windows, we had to type commands.  For some reason, Microsoft decided to take us back to the old days.  In order to print a pdf file from the Edge browser, you can type the print command.  When you see your printable pdf page, press and hold the <ctrl> key and type p.  That <ctrl> p is an ancient print command from Microsoft.  It should work from any browser.  It worked for me!!

Unfortunately, from within Edge taking this approach and selecting the "Adobe PDF" as the printer still causes the Acrobat printer to hang, which is the nature of this issue.  Selecting the "Print" function from within Edge or using <CNTRL> P gives the same popup print window for you to select a printer.  There is an incompatibility between Edge and Acrobat, which is what this growing thread is all about, and it is a problem that doesn't allow a document in Edge to be printed into an electronic PDF file.
