Cannot save file after "organizing pages"

Hello All.  I have been using the Adobe PDF pack for a few years now and have had no issues.  It works, or did work fine until today.  I pull a pdf into Adove to either reorganize or combine files.  Today, it did NOT work and no matter what I try, it will not save; says there was an error to try again.  I have attemped to reorganize the pages, deleting a few and then try to save.  It does NOT work.  I have done this many, many times with not problems.  I need help in fixing whatever the glitch is.  Thanks.

Hope you are doing well and sorry for the trouble. As described, you are unable to save PDF after organizing pages.

 

- Is this a behavior with a particular PDF file or with all the PDF? Please try with a different PDF file and check. If the file is stored on a shared network/drive, please download and save the file on your computer first and check.

 

- What is the version of Adobe Acrobat Reader DC you are using to organize PDF? To check the version go to Help > About Acrobat and make sure you have the latest version installed go to Help > Check for updates and reboot the computer once.

 

If it still doesn't work, please try to repair the installation (Win Only) from the help menu and see if that helps. 

 

Also create a new test user profile with full admin rights in Windows or enable the root account in Mac and try using the application there and check
