Column merging in Document merge template (MS Word) with Mustache Syntax

I am using the document merge template (MS Word) using the adobe document generation add-in with the Mustache Syntax feature and I want to achieve column merging in the document merge template (MS Word) with Mustache Syntax but cannot find any suitable solution for it. Please help me with the same.

I didn't find anything about the performance gained while exporting the PDF through SDK with .net.
Is there any performance difference between a free trial and a purchased license?

Expected Output with column merge (png file) - In the First column needs column merging (It is based on the first column i.e. “Fabric Deck” grouping)
