Comment créer un index interactif dans un document Acrobat ? Je veux juste comprendre comment le faire pour un seul mot "Salarié".

Comme déjà dit ce serait beaucoup plus facile et rapide de le faire avec Word avant d'exporter en PDF.

Avec Acrobat il faudrait utiliser un script ou un plugin externe, et ce n'est pas gratuit.

Par ailleurs, je ne sais pas si vous en êtes l'auteur mais ce document est plein de fautes de Français. S'agissant d'un document officiel ça fait peine à voir.

What program are you using to create the document that will be made winto a PDF? If you use MS Word, you can insert a table of contenst that automatically creates the index based on the heading formatting of various sections and when converted to a PDF will have the interactive links.

Yes I use MS WORD before generating a PDF document: I know how to create a
table of contents

What I want to know how to create is a *table of alphabetical indexes* like
the one in the attached document: look at the end of the document:
