Comments disappear when shared cloud PDF document is downloaded

Hi!

I have a couple of PDFs that are uploaded to Adobe Acrobat document cloud and then shared for commenting.

After commenting, when I try to download the PDF, the downloaded file does not contain the comments.

This has happened with two separate PDFs. Also one of them has the sharing still open and the other doesn't. I'm using the web version of Acrobat.

Previously the comments have carried to the downloaded PDF with no problems. What might be the issue? 🤔 🤔

Please let us know if the issue is currently occurring with only two files. Could you please share the screen recording showing the issue occurring on your end? Did you check what happens if you open the files in cloud directly from Acrobat desktop application.

Share the Acrobat and OS version number in use.
