Comments fixed at bottom Instead of Right Side

Hi, the comments on PDFs received are opening in a pane at the bottom of the screen instead of the right side. How can I configure the comments to appear on the righ side instead of the bottom?

Is the document you refer to above received/sent via "Shared Review" or shared commenting?

Do you mean to say the entire Acrobat's TooPane appears at the bottom of the screen, or it just the comments added to the file? 

Would you mind sharing the screenshot of how it looks on your screen? That would be easier for us to understand.
