Compare Tool incapable of detecting Table Column? 16 false positives for only 3 true modifications.

I need help to understand why compare tool report false positive on my identical modifications to my co-worker.

Compare Tool reports 16 other changes that should not have been reported. 

Example: Others is shown replaced and deleted; Tool cannot distinguish cell boundary and reported "-Others"
