Conflict installing

I am installing DC on a new Windows 10 computer, and every time I try to install Acrobat Pro DC I get an error message saying that I need to shut down Word. Problem is, I'm not running Word. I've rebooted and tried it and still get the error message, "Conflict Installing Acrobat DC. Please save your work and close the following programs, then click Continue....-Microsoft Word."
