Content disappears and "The document could not be saved. An unexpected network error occurred"

Hi.

Randomly, when working in files on a network share, the content disappear and when trying saving we got the error message "The document could not be saved. An unexpected network error occurred". We can not even save on the local drive. (We got the same error message.).

Any ideas? What to do. Our client is real frustrated. All unsaved changes is lost.

We are running Acrobat DC version 15.023.20053.15062.It's a part of CreativeCloud. And the operating system is Win 10 Enterprise 10.0.14393 Build 14393.

Hi there, I am having this exact same issues with one of my staffs.. Have adobe came back to you with a solutions?

Were you ever able to get a resolution to this? We're fighting the same issue, but as of yet haven't come across any fixes.

Thanks for using Adobe Acrobat DC. Really sorry for the issue that you are facing with this.

1) Can you please Share the snapshot of the error dialog that comes up ?

2) Also, does the error comes up / Content disappears, only while saving the files only or is it something that happens midway of doing any operation on the pdf's as well ?

3) Is the issue prevalent with a certain type of PDF files or its just generic with all types of PDF's that you work on ?

1Her comes the snapshot  please note it's in Swedish.

2. Content disappear anytime but the error message pops up only when saving.

3. its generic with all types of PDF's that we worked on.
