Hi guys,

When I continue highlighting a paragraph that continues onto the next page - how do I:

a) not highlight additional text when continuing the highlight to the next page (see image) - the unwanted highlight was selected when I continued my highlight to the next page

b) Merge 2 separate highlights together to form one highlight

adobe help.PNG

Hopefully my image explains

Thanks!

Both a) and b)?

Are there any scripts or anything that I could use to achieve this?

I create comment summaries, it would be nice to not have paragraphs split due to the page change.

Both.

The first issue is caused by the internal structure of the file, which you have no control over. You can ask the authors to generate a better file, but that's about it.

The second issue is technically impossible. A comment can only be located on a single page.
