Converting and email and its attachments into a separate PDF files

Please try the steps as suggested below:

- Open Outlook and select the email with attachments.
- In the Adobe Acrobat tab in Outlook, choose: "Selected Messages" > "Create New PDF".
- A PDF Portfolio containing the email and its attachments will be created.
- Open the PDF Portfolio in Acrobat.
- Right-click on each attachment and choose "Extract from Portfolio".
- Save each extracted file as a separate PDF.

Or you can save the attachments locally and then use Acrobat to create a PDF from those files. For more information, refer to the following help document: https://adobe.ly/3GfcAJT.
