Converting Outlook 365 Emails to PDF in BULK

In an older software version of Outlook I was able to convert entire email folders to one pdf file.  In the new Outlook 365 application (using Windows 11) I can only convert one email at a time to pdf.  I am unable to choose an email folder and/or choose multiple emails to convert at the same time.  I am also not able to print to "Microsoft print to PDF" more than one email at a time either.  How can I save whole folders or multiple emails as ONE pdf file?

Hi @amanda_3115,

Hope you are doing well. Thanks for writing in about bulk conversion of emails to PDF.

From the description, it seems like something Microsoft has to do with, and not Acrobat.

This forum is for discussing issues/concerns/questions related to Acrobat.

You can share your feedback directly to Microsoft from the link here: https://adobe.ly/46r1490

Hope this helps.

Hi Souvik,

I am using the Acrobat add-in for Outlook to convert the emails into pdfs. In the old version of Outlook I used to be able to right-click an email folder or multiple selected emails and choose the Acrobat button "convert to pdf" or "append to pdf." I cannot do that with the new version. When I click on more than ONE email, the Acrobat add-in for Outlook disappears. Why doesn't the Acrobat add-in allow me to choose and/or convert multiple emails at once in the newer versions of Outlook?

Respectfully,
Amanda
