Copy image from pdf to excel

Hello,

I am trying to copy an image from a pdf file (using Adobe) and transfer to Microsoft Excel. However, I need the image to be scalable (i.e when zooming in/out photo does not lose quality or become blurry). 

Any insight would be greatly appreciated!
