Create pdf with chinese font

Question

All I am looking for is an Asian font pack for Adobe Acrobat Standard 2017 so that I can create a pdf with Chinese characters. Cant seem to find where or how to do this!

Thank you for your email.

All I was looking for is a link to download this – I don’t want to take part in a Forum. In my opinion the help feature on the Adobe website is not very useful.

Anyway, I worked out a way around the problem.

Hello Brianm,As per the description above, you want Asian Font pack for Acrobat Standard 2017, is that correct?The Acrobat installation includes width-only versions of many common Chinese, Japanese, and Korean fonts, therefore Distiller can then access these fonts in Acrobat. Make sure that the fonts are available on your computer. (In Windows, choose Complete when you install Acrobat, or choose Custom and select the Asian Language Support option under the View Adobe PDF category.For detailed information, you can refer to Adobe article PDF fonts, Adobe Acrobat Language Support and Configuration — Enterprise Administration Guide Let us know how it goes and share your findings.Regards,Anand Sri.
