Creative Cloud Adobe Pro e-Signature Tool appears different for separate accounts

Hi support,

 

A client of ours uses 2 separate Adobe Accounts each with the same Adobe licence. They have Adobe Cloud installed with Adobe Pro on each of them. Strange thing is when they go to the e-Signature tool it shows different on their other computer, I have added attachments that show this. Would you know why this is? Currently the user wants to have the 'Recipients must sign in order' option on both computers but its only showing on one.

 

What I have tried:

- Reinstalling apps through Adobe Cloud

- Confirming new Adobe experience is turned off

- Confirmed Adobe product is up to date

- Confirmed the same licence is on both accounts

Sorry for the inconvenience!

We have two different versions of Request Signature.

There must be some difference either between both the accounts or both the files.
For Computer 2, Sign in order option wouldn't be showing. Following are the steps to get that:

type email id-> more options button will appear ->Click on it->you will find that before recipients name order is already mentioned.
