Currency format changed when sending PDF Form for signing

When I'm preparing PDF Form for signing Online, the format of currency changed so I'm now having more than 2 decimal points. Some calculations where a bit complex so I had to rely on JavaScript to make them. I also format the field to tow decimal points in the properties.

I can see the changes in format when Acrobat ask me to indicate where my client should sign.

I include two screen capture...
The first one is the form before preparing for signature and the second one is while I'm preparing to send the form for signature. You can see that currency values have now more than two decimal points.
I could this be avoided?
