Default view for the documents not working as desired

Hi,

I am trying to change the default view for all documents I need to open to a continuous page with 100% zoom. For this I did following changes:

• Preferences > Document "Restore last view settings"
• Preferences > Default Layout and Zoom "Page Layout" - Single Page Continuous and "Zoom" - 100%
• Preferences > Accessibility "Override Page Display" - Single Page Continuous and "Always use Zoom Setting" 100%.

But still the document ope to "Actual Size" and "Single Page"

I did closed Adobe, restarted windows. But still no success.
