Default Zoom

Question

Hello,

I've set the default zoom setting to 100% which has been working fine until today for some reason.

I've read up on all of the posts to verify that I have the correct settings, which it appears I have. However, when I reopen the document it resets to a larger page size at various zoom levels.

I've checked for latest software updates and there isn't none so I assume I have the most current version.

Please help. Thank you.

Hope you are doing well.

As per the issue description that even setting the page display preference to 100% but it reset to some larger size. As we have tried to reproduce the issue at our end but it working fine. Would you mind sharing few details to understand the issue better?

1. OS name and version?

2. Application version?

3. Is it happening with a particular PDF or with all PDFs?

Follow these troubleshooting steps below:

2. Restart the computer.

3. Then set the page display to 100% from preferences.
