Hi,

Acrobat Standard DC and Acrobat Pro DC are two different tracks (classic track or continuous release respectively).

Did you mean to say Acrobat Standard DC?

In any case, you may be able to employ different approaches to disable selecting/copying text from a PDF's static content.

The main issue is that once the file is shared with other users there are other programs that doesn't respect any protections (i.e. web browsers with PDF viewing capability).

Also, a person can take pictures of what is seen on screen with a mobile device or a camera, or simply do a screenshot of the desktop; in which case (and in this context), the answer would be No.
