Distorted images when using Snapshot tool

Question

I just received a new MacBook Pro, 16 inch, November 2023 from my company. I'm not sure if the new computer is causing this problem, but now when I use the Snapshot tool, the images that I paste are distorted. I use this tool daily to do my job, and it has never caused me any issues until now, so it seems like an incompatibility with the new Mac. See attached files.

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for the trouble, and the delayed response.

Do you still experience the issue? If yes, would you mind updating the app to the latest version (2024.005.20xxx) and letting us know if the issue is fixed for you?

I was not able to reproduce the issue at my end. Please let me know if this still persists, and we will get this investigated further.
