I have more than a hundred of signed documents and I don't see an option for downloading all of them including the audit report using few steps. In My Documents list exists the option: you select several documents and download them together.
Really I have to select one signed document and click Download PDf option and other click for Audit Report and repeat the operation for each one?, 200 clicks??

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/
p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.

We can move your post (again) to either Adobe Acrobat or Adobe Acrobat Sign. Which is more appropriate for your issue?

Yes please, the best community would be Adobe Acrobat Sign.
Thanks a lot.

From home page I can select documents but I don't see the download option. Here a screenshot:
IMy license is Acrobat PRO.
Thanks

if your license is for acrobat pro, this should be in the acrobat pro or cc services forum, not adobe sign.

Thanks for your replies but I see no solution:
- We can select several files in home page but: no option for downloading with the message "We canāt combine, export or create new files from shared items at this time." (this message is showing from several weeks ago)
- The home page shows only the recent documents/agreements, not all my agreements (100+)
- If we go to Documents -> Agreements -> Completed doesn't exist the option for selecting several documents, you can select only one document
- Searching in other forums some people comment that the Enterprise license includes the option for downloading all signed agreements at the same time. We bought Standard license for sending agreements to our employees but it can send an agreement one by one only, sending one agreement to several mail accounts at the same time is included in PRO license, and bought it. Now, do we need the Enterprise license for downloading all signed agreements at the same time?
I dont' have words.
Thanks a lot for your quit responses.

Since you still have no solution, I've tagged Adobe Employee @S. S to look at your issue.

@jane-e Thanks for the tag.
@inma_3533 There are multiple ways of bulk downloading agreements from Acrobat Sign account.
However, to do so, an enterprise level account is required. This has been explained by @Meenakshi Negi in hte thread here.
There is a rest API available to get the operations done: Documentations around the API tool can be found here: REST API ā Document e-signature Software
Also, a tutorial around the bulk download tool can be found here: Bulk Download Tool | Adobe Acrobat Sign
If you are looking to download PDF files from your account, the steps are already mentioned above. If only around agreements, this is the way to get it done.
Hope this clarifies your question.

the message is clear. don't select shared items. ie, select others or unshare those items (if you own them).
