Downloading files to computer

Help, please! I canot seem to do a simple download of a file onto my computer. There doesn't seem to be a simple download command as I had with my earlier version.

Yes, I recently upgraded my Adobe Acrobat application to be able to export a PDF file to Word or Excel. This seems to have caused the problem! There doesn't seem to be a command (either menu or button) .

Here's a screenshot:

The PDF file appears to be shared (I don't know why!), it is apparently in the Adobe Cloud) and I can't seem simply to download it onto my laptop! I would be most grateful for any help or advice!

i see no screenshot.

and don't reply to forum emails unless you remove your signature first.

adobe support moved your post after finding you have an export pdf subscription. that may help the experts here to understand your issue, though a screenshot would probably be helpful.
