Dropdown menu reverting to default when saved

Hi,

We are having a problem with a form, when customers are completing the form on an Ipad and its saved or emailed back, all the form fields that have a dropdown list are reverting back to default and not saving the selection. Has anyone else come across this problem.

In what viewer is the form filled. The Apple preview is non-compliant. It does not properly set the form field values. Have your users open and fill the form in the Adobe Reader Mobile.
