Duplicate pages of fillable forms

Question

Hello,I need to complete a 'daily note' and have turned the document into a fillable form.  This one-day note needs to be duplicated 31 times in a file so that we can fill in the form for each of the 31 days in a potential month.  I tried duplicating the form, but everything that was typed into the first page was duplicated on each page, rather than being 31 separate pages that can be filled out.  Help, please?  Thank you,

Fields with the same name will have the same value. You need to duplicate the page using a Template object and a script, which will allow you to automatically rename the fields on the page in each copy.

When you post a question you always need to tell the Adobe program you are using
There are MANY programs in a full subscription, plus other non-subscription programs
Please post the exact name of the Adobe program you use so a Moderator may move this message to that forum
