E-Signature is not saving

I'm having trouble with Acrobat Pro; it's not saving my e-signature using my Adobe account on any devices. However, my colleagues are able to save their e-signatures with their Adobe accounts on any devices.

Just a note: we have a subscription on the organization plan.

Hi @Omarrsd,

 

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for the troule. 

 

Would you mind letting us know the app version of Acrobat you are using? 

Also, you might want to repair the app by going to Menu-> Help-> Repair Installation.

 

If that doesn't work, a reset of the current preference files should be helpful. Steps available here: How to reset Acrobat Preference settings to defaul... - Adobe Community - 4792082

 

Trying to sign out and sign in would be a step we should look towards.

Hi 

I am using this Version 2024.005.20320 | 64bit 

I have already tired reseting the preference setting.  But on  my Computer my colleque save the signature successfully, once he signs out and sign in back , he can find his signature. But using my account , its not the same.
