E-signature not showing

E-signed documents are not displaying the signatures.  This is the whole reason we bought the software was for e-signing capabilities.

Hope you are doing well, and sorry to hear that.

Is this an issue with a particular PDF file or all the PDFs? Please try with a different PDF file and check.

What are the steps you are doing to sign and open the PDF file? Please download the file locally to your computer and open it with Acrobat/Reader application, and check.

What happens when you try to view the signed PDF file? do you get any error messages? If yes, please share the screenshot of the same for a better understanding.

Amal,

It seems to be every file that I send out for signature.
I have attached one for you.


1. I open the Adobe app
2. I select the pdf and open it
3. I click the "Request E signature button
4. I select the individuals to sign and place the signature boxes in the correct place.
5. It then prompts me to sign as I am the first signer.
6. The e-mails go out, but if you open the file, the signature does not show.
