Recently i have sent documents for e signature to multiple parties. The confirmation email though only includes the first person's email address, and the other parties are saying they never received the e-sign request. I have used the adobe e-signature function many times in the past and have never had an issue. I am entering email addresses and specifying fields the same way i have always done, but for some reason it isnt working...

I have same issue above. It has not happened before. The employees had notified me they didn't recieve email notification for e-signature requests.

quetins, how do I identify which app did I use web or desktop. Is there a tool on agreement column that allows me to refresh or update to send again without cancelling or create new one?

Hi @Krishna24334446ghk0,

Thanks for reaching out! I understand how frustrating it can be when e-signature emails don’t reach the recipients. Let me help clarify a few things and guide you through some steps:

How to Identify If You Used a Web or a Desktop App:

Adobe Acrobat Sign (e-signature) requests are typically sent through the web interface, even if you initiate them from the desktop app. Here’s how to check:

  • Visit https://adobe.ly/43kz6sq and sign in with the same Adobe ID.

  • Go to “For Signature” > “Manage Agreements”.

  • In the “Out for Signature” section, you’ll see the list of documents you sent.

    • If they appear here, it confirms they were sent through Adobe Acrobat Sign (web-based).

    • The source column is not visible in all views, but the interface itself is web-centric for e-sign workflows.

Can You Resend Without Cancelling?

Yes! You can resend the agreement email without creating a new one:

  • Go to Manage Agreements.

  • Click on the agreement in question.

  • Look for the “Remind” or “Resend” option.

    • This sends a fresh notification to the recipient(s).

If the option is not visible, it might be due to the agreement status (e.g., already expired or revoked).

Hi @Steven25904323behe,

I hope you are doing well. I am sorry for the trouble.

Do you use the web version for requesting signatures or the Desktop Application? Are you using any authentication for the agreements or documents that you send for signature?

Please try requesting for signatures using the desktop version and the method as "via E-mail".

Let me know if this works.

Thanks,

Souvik.
