How can I create a document that allows editing after signing? It is a form of attendance to a solarium that requires the signature of the person who attended each session and to fill in data such as the date and the number of sessions it takes. So I need it to be able to be signed multiple times. It would also help me if the data row was only blocked by the signature, but not the complete document because you have to continue signing the other sessions. Thanks a lot.Captura de pantalla 2020-11-02 a la(s) 10.13.19.png

What sort of signature? A scribble on the page, or a true digital signature with legal value? These sound similar but work completely differently, and a true digital signature is absolutely wrong for this job.  If you're not sure what sort of signature, please describe the steps and options you would take to sign it, as you see it.
