Hello everyone,
We have an issue where emails sent using the Adobe Acrobat send by email feature have a blank body. No text, no formatting, no signature. This issue doesn't occur if the PDF is attached to a new email. I've attached screenshots showing what is expected and what actually happens.
We are using Microsoft Outlook for Microsoft 365 64-bit and Adobe Acrobat Standard 64-bit on a Windows 11 22H2 PC. The emails are sent from a shared mailbox.
Any assistance in troubleshooting a solution would be appreciated.

This outlook setiup fied it for us:
Create a new outlook profile
Add the shared mailbox in outlook (skip the name & password just type in the email address of shared mailbox ).
When it asks for password, click sign in with a different (the delegated) account and select the main user account.
once added, make it the default account.
Go to Options --> Mail --> Always use the default account when composing new messages.
Add your personal mailbox as additional mailbox

This is definately an issue when generating an email send from within an Adobe PDF. The file attaches, but the body of the email is stripped. We need a solution

Has there been a solution to this problem yet? I'm still having this issue, and the work around of "Save the email before sending" it's just that, a work around and not a solution.
