Enabling decimal point entry in Editing Form W-2

I am trying to enter cents in the W-2 file but cannot get the decimal point to work.

I am in Editing mode and the program simply chimes when I attempt to enter a decimal point.

IThe field defaults to a number ending in .00 and chimes a warning when I attempt to enter a decimal
