Error al instalar Adobe Acrobat Reader DC

Muy buenas tardes.

Al intentar instalar una nueva edición del programa, se presenta el sigueinte error que se puede evidencia en la imagen, ya he descargado nuevos instaladores y funciona de forma correcta en unos computadores y en otros falla.

Would you mind sharing the version of the OS you are using?

Hola, quisiera que alguien me ayudará con este problema ya estoy desesperado. Después de la actualización que me hizo hacer Windows 10, no me volvio a dejar abrir ningún archivo de Acrobat Reader, cada vez que trato de abrir el archivo me dice: Windows no puede encontrar el archivo"C:\Ruta del Archivo.pdf" Asegurese de que el nombre este escrito correctamente e intentelo de nuevo. Ya he desistalado el programa, lo he reinstalado, ya he bajado las extensiones de ftp://ftp.adobe.com/pub/adobe/reader/win/AcrobatDC/2000620034/. Si alquien sabe que se puede hacer en estos casos, le pido que me ayude.

It randomly has stopped working. I have tried unistalling, reinstalling, and doing a file cleanup with no luck!

We are sorry for the trouble and the experience. As described you are not able to use the application and getting the error from Windows

Please try the following steps and see if that helps:

• Remove the application using the Acrobat Cleaner Tool (https://labs.adobe.com/downloads/acrobatcleaner.html)
• Reboot the computer
• Reinstall the application using the link (https://helpx.adobe.com/in/download-install/kb/acrobat-downloads.html)

If it still doesn't work, please create a new test user profile with full admin rights in Windows and try installing the application there and check
