Hi! Cannot sign-in in Adobe Acrobat due to this error message. Need to use "Pro" features, hence, the need to sign-in.

Yes, I do have an internet connection, and other applications are working properly. The link in the error message redirects me to troubleshooting guides, but it doesn’t provide any details regarding error 10000.
