ERROR COMBINING FILE

HELLO WHEN I TRY TO COMBINE EDITABLE FILE (DOC, RTF, DOCX, ECT) ACROBAT GIVE ME AN ERROR: FILE IGNORED

BUT THIS TODAY. BEFORE ALL IS NORMAL AND ALL FILES WAS COMBINED RIGHT.

Please try combining the files on the Acrobat Online account. Check if the files combine without any issues.

Open the following link: https://acrobat.adobe.com/link/home/ and sign in using your Adobe ID.

Check if that helps.

Did you try combining other files or PDFs to check if this happens with all or some particular files?

Were you able to combine these types of files previously?

Share the screenshot of the error message along with the Acrobat and OS versions number.

It would be helpful if you could share the sample PDFs with which the issue occurs.

The process of combining files from the link it’s ok

I’m always combine files on my pc desktop. Any files, but now all files editable are no good for this process (.xls, .xlsx, .doc, .docx,. rtf, ect..), while all the other file are good for the combine files. Is a problem between Acrobat and office?

acrobat version is 2022.003.20258 - windows version is 11 PRO, ver 22h2, build 22621.608, Windows Feature Experience Pack 1000.22634.1000.0
