Boa tarde

Ao fazer requisição de assinatura digital no adobe acrobat pro ou adobe sign, fica carregando em 72 % e aparece o aviso seguinte:

"A cota de criação de contratos para o cliente foi atingida."

Poderiam ajudar nesse caso? Pois tentei enviar somente 2 assinaturas e a terceira deu erro.

@Anne_Ferreira3678 It's likely an account-specific issue that the Adobe support team will need to resolve on their end. Let them know that you've only sent two signature requests. They should be able to investigate your account, identify why this quota is being triggered incorrectly, and hopefully reset it or provide a solution so you can continue sending your documents for signature without further delay. Granted, I noticed that Adobe was doing some maintenance today (https://status.adobe.com) So, that might be it.

I don't know, maybe before you do that, you could clearing your browser data which sometimes resolve temporary glitches or display problems that might be indirectly related. For example, if the error message is being cached or the interface isn't updating correctly. Make sure you have the latest update and restart your computer. Do the simple stuff first, because maybe that's all it is.

good luck

Hi Anne_Ferreira3678,

Thank you for reaching out.

We checked your account with the email address used here for the community. The account shows as free, which seems to be the reason you get the error message. With the free account, you can make a maximum of 2 transactions in a rolling 30-day window.

If you have a paid subscription, please share the email address you use for the account in a private message so we can check. You may send a private message using the envelope icon at the top right corner of this community page. We will get it checked and update you with the correct information.

Feel free to let us know if you have any questions.

Thanks,

Meenakshi
