Expire password for password projected pdf

Friends--I need to distribute document with some sensitive information outside my organization. I want to provide 36 hours of access to the password protected document document, and then have the password expire.  Is this possible?

 

I saw on the Adobe Site that it may be possible with Adobe Consol but I am not sure what that is!
