File Size grows after changing the font name to Calibri for one of the field

We have a file with 196 KB and we tried to add the font for one of the field as Calibri and the size increased to 1.2 MB. Is there any solution to keep the size as same even after updating the font?

Acrobat embeds the whole font for the use in the form.
