Fillable Not Filled Out Correctly; Revert to Fillable?

Hello, I am experiencing a difficult situation. I have a fillable pdf that needs to be signed by multiple people. There are spaces to sign in the fillable, but if the form is signed without a digital ID or using the provided space, the whole form will become unfillable. I have been struggling to get one person to sign, but recently he got back to me but signed the form incorrectly so that the form is now unfillable. Is ther any way that I can make the form fillable again without having to ask the person to resign? Thank you so much for your help!
