Hello, we use acrobatic on iOS and android tablet devices to fill in fillable PDF forms on the go, when we return to the office to print, we use acrobat to print, select RICOH Connector to print to our printer. The preview looks fine and shows all data entered on the forms, but upon print, the first page of the form prints with blank fields as if nothing was entered into the form fields. The rest of the pages of the form will print fine will all data entered.
happens on several of our forms.

Check the properties of the fields and make sure their Display setting is set to "Visible", and not "Visible, but doesn't print". Another thing you can try is to export the form data, reset the file, and then import it back in.

Checked properties and all boxes are set to Visible. Tried the export, reset, import and no change.
only the first page comes out with absolutely no data, all other pages come out fine. Multiple documents.

Sounds like the app you're using is corrupting something about the file that's causing this.

Which is weird. I'm using the Adobe Acrobat iOS app. Wondering if maybe the Ricoh Connector app which takes the document and sends it wirelessly to print is causing this.
it's unfortunate that Apple has print ability so locked down to air printers only

Sorry, I misunderstood because you used a different name in your original post ("acrobatic")... In that case it's not likely the fault of the app. Does it work if you flatten the pages before printing them?

Oh. Blame Apple autocorrect in that one. Let me try again in the morning when i return to the office.

I could also ask, how do you flatten pages within the Acrobat app?

You can only do it in the desktop version, not the mobile app. You can use the Preflight tool or by running this script (from a Custom Command or the Action Wizard):
this.flattenPages();

Flattening a pdf will not be possible. Forms have to be fillable and printable without any awkward steps. Instructors will be filling the forms and have minimal technical knowledge.
there has to be another solution here. It also cannot be a specific pdf issue as this problem happens the exact same way on multiple pdf forms no matter what one is used.
and it's always just the first page that prints with form fields present, but no data inserted.

UPDATE:
i believe I found the issue. In the RICOH Connector app which is required to be used when printing from iOS, navigate to printer you are printing to, go to settings for that printer and turn PDF Direct Print OFF.
this seems to have done it, will test more and report back
