Fix PDF Form table

Good morning, trying to wrap my head around a non-existant error in tables.

I have 5 seperate tables, simple, scope col. A couple span 3 cols.

Each row has 3 cells.

Some rows have 1 th span of 3.

My errors are all the same on tables 2 to 5, not all rows, but the same error, Irregular Table Row.

 

File is attached. Any help appreciated.

    Don't make us preflight and diagnose your PDF for you.

    And did you run Acrobat's internal Preflight for PDF/UA? If so, did it correct the problems?

    Foxit passed the PDF, must be adobe issue.....

    PS: the errors are generated by Acrobat DC and PAC 3
