Form Tabbing Order Across Pages

Can I set the tabbing order to cross back and forth across page lines?  I understand how to change the tabbing order within a page, but I'd like to go cross page. Here's why:

 

My form deals with two complex subjects and is best completed if the person focuses on one subject and then the other.  But for layout issues, each subject is addressed on each page.  I would like to have the user tab through the fields relating to Subject A on page 1, then 2, then 3, then back to page 1 to deal with fields relating to Subject B on page 1, then 2, then 3.
