Germany - I can only use AI Assistant on the web, not in desktop application is that really right?

Hello, I bought the subscription for the AI Assistant for one year in Germany. Unfortunately I can only use it on the web, is that really right? I would also like to use it in the desktop application, but I can't find a way to activate or install it. What do I have to do?

Could you please share the Acrobat Desktop version you have on the machine where you are not able to access AI Assistant.

I had two versions of Acrobat DC from 2015 and the current Acrobat, which apparently did not go well together. Now I have removed DC from 2015 and reinstall the current Acrobat and wait for the result.

The second problem is still acute. Even if I merge all the invoices into a single Acrobat document, I still get the AI claim that I'm violating some policy.
AI starts creating the table and then cancels even though it's just scientific literature.

...interestingly, however, it now works on my laptop, where I also use Acrobat. There it has integrated itself. It doesn't seem to want to work on my desktop - even though it would be the newer and much more powerful computer...

nd yet another problem. I would like to display the date of purchase, the book title and the price in a table from 10 PDF documents, all invoices from bookshops, especially Amazon. This actually works quite well, except that the more than stupid AI thinks that I would violate the guideline with this order. All invoices and their contents are scientific and philosophical books. There are no offensive titles. Either this AI is a mimosa or simply dysfunctional because it is immature.

Please don't tell me that this is still a banana version in Germany - matures with the customer who already pays in full...
