handwriting recognition

Question

hello, I am using the action wizard to do handwriting recognition, and to overcome my documents after detecting a keyword at the bottom of a certain page. however, everything works with large documents, processing times become very long or even crash due to insufficient resources.

I would like to know how to go about doing handwriting recognition only on the first page of my document?

Do you mean Text Recognition? If so, it doesn't seem like you can do that. You can, however, delete all the other pages, run text recognition and then save the first page as a new file. You can then use another Action to insert that file back into the original.

PS. As far as I know recognizing hand-written text using Acrobat is nearly impossible. Have you tested it?
