Help: Error Printing Pdf to Pdf from Miro output

Question

I have a pdf file created from exporting a Miro frame to pdf. Every frame that is exported is a different size, so when I combine them into a single pdf everything is very messy.

So I tried printing the individual pdfs to another pdf 'scaling to fit page' A4 so they would all be the same size. (I also tried combining them all into a single pdf and trying to print that to pdf 'scaled to fit page')

Each time I tried to print the Miro output pdfs to Pdf, I got an error "This document cannot be printed" and no file was created.

The Log tool said the error was:
%%[ Error: undefined; OffendingCommand: Pscript_WinNT ]%%

I think this has happened before with Miro outputs, so I'm wondering if it is something to do with how Miro creates its output pdf.

Either way, hoping I can fix this somehow??

Hi there

Hope you are doing well and sorry to keep you waiting.

If you are still experiencing this issue, please go through the help page https://adobe.ly/3uZgIs3 and see if that works.

Also make sure you have the application updated to the recent version 23.08.20555 installed. Go to Help > Check for updates and reboot the computer once.
