Help: How do I copy only the signature fields on another PDF file?

I have a pdf file that has a lot of different fields aside from the signatures that needs filling out. I need to change/customize those for each customer and then request their signature. 

I've now added the signature fields for that specific customer. How do I copy only the signature fields to another PDF file? I've spent a lot of time editing the fonts, heights, widths, etc of the signature but when I saved the template - it comes out with the same name as the old customer. I need to customize the normal form fields again before requesting for signature. Can i copy only the signature fields of the one i created and sent earlier?
