Hiding fields in a PDF

Hello!

I have a PDF document that has Javascript I do not want made available to those who use the document.

Is it possible to hide those fields so that the Javascript is not visible but maintain the document's functionality?

I want to protect the secret sauce even if the file is saved as a save-as.

Thank you for your assistance!

Thank you!

Any suggestions for the best way to obfuscate the scripts?

Be aware that certain Anti-virus softare and email providers might not like your PDF after this.

Use password encryption that prevents "changing the document".

Thank you so much! Perhaps I can use password protection with obfuscating the scripts?

Yes, you can use both.

You can obfuscate the scripts, but there's no way of protecting it completely.
